During our visit to Badlands National Park for two days we experienced temperatures in the upper 30s and low 40s. Strong winds made it even colder. It rained both days. The Park averages about 16 inches of rain annually, and received several of those during our visit. The overcast and flat lighting actually resulted in some nice images.
