This is the last image I made. A simple straight on full face portrait of Mariana. We were talking as I looked through the camera's viewfinder. This beautiful smile was present for a fraction of a second and I captured it. Sometimes the best expressions are very brief and the photographer has to be ready. . . otherwise they are lost.
