This is a studio photo made using one main light on camera right (a octagon soft box with grids). Notice the sharp transition from the highlights to the shadows. Her right side is in deep shadow with few details visible. This harsh lighting can be effective for some subjects, but I prefer a softer look for Elizabeth. . .
