Again, the seated man is probably too low, and the adjustable stool should have been made higher. Moving the camera to the right would have put the bright area on the background between the two standing men.
I don't know why I didn't notice that the man on the right was looking out of the image. This separates him from the group and makes it seem like he doesn't belong to the group. The photographer is responsible to keep the group together by correcting a+ problem such as this.
You have to look at everything in the image as you photograph to avoid problems. After the photo session it is too late to make corrections.
