I brought the two girls into the same lighting and added the off camera fill flash. This is the best lighting of the 3 photos in this series. Continuing to play around with the composition and posing would perhaps turn this into a "keeper," but this isn't one of my favorites.

The lesson here is to watch the lighting on your subjects so that it matches. A good photo has to have good lighting, effective composition, and pleasing poses.
