The last single light setup used one AlienBee 800 strobe with a silver reflector and a 20° grid on camera right. This spot of light was placed on her face. The angle of the light was important to avoid unwanted harsh shadows. The reflector that was on camera left didn't provide much apparent light on her right side. Again, a light from the rear would help by adding a rim light to separate her from the background.
